Joey Chestnut Still Ate Hot Dogs Today

Joey Chestnut was banned from today's Coney Island competition because he is commercially endorsing a hot dog other than those of Nathan's, sponsor of the annual Fourth of July Event. I imagine that Patrick Bertoletti, who won this year's hot dog eating contest at Coney Island, felt like Paul Simon did the year he won the Grammy for best LP after a stretch in which Stevie Wonder won that recognition several years in a row. Claiming his Grammy, Simon thanked Stevie Wonder for not releasing anything that year.
